First in a row of meditations for Healing and Stress Reduction and during the first session you will learn important facts about the body and mind. How our body responds to Stress and contrary how it responds to Relaxation/Meditation. You will learn what is Meditation, how to meditate and also take home first audio recording that will help you to meditate on a regular basis, easily and effortlessly.
We will continue to meet once per week for a month, every Monday and deepen our understanding of the body and mind. As we progress, meditation practice will progress too and you will learn some powerful techniques that will help you to take control of your health and minimise impact of Stress on your body. You will also learn how to boost healing process in your body and strengthen your immune system.
As you know Stress not only affects our physical but also our mental health and as we practice meditation and deepen our body mind connection other things can and will change and you will experience more positivity in your life; you will experience long periods of calmness, your creativity will improve, it will become easier to solve problems and as you improve relationship with yourself relationships with others will improve too.
